Plan the budget for the whole order

Count the recipients first, then set a budget per person. Use the live product pages for bottle prices and availability. Multiply the chosen bottle price by the number you need, then allow for tax, delivery and any cards or wrapping you arrange yourself.

For gifts to a team, choosing the same bottle can keep the gesture consistent. For a few individual clients, select each bottle by taste rather than assuming everyone wants the oldest expression.

The product listing shows what is included with each bottle. If your plan depends on gift boxes, glasses, engraving or company branding, confirm those requirements before ordering. A standard bottle purchase should not depend on an accessory you have not arranged.

One office or several delivery addresses?

Decide where the bottles need to arrive before placing the order. An office delivery can suit gifts you will hand over in person; direct gifts need each recipient's delivery details checked separately.

Use checkout to confirm the options for the actual address. Alcohol deliveries require a legal-age recipient to accept them, so check that someone appropriate can receive the parcel. The current shipping policy holds delivery information in one place.

For a larger quantity, several destinations or a date your event depends on, ask about the gift order before paying. Include the bottle, quantity, destination and required date. That gives the team enough information to check the request; it does not reserve stock or guarantee a delivery date.
